TSE provides highly specialized road reconstruction and paving services, from total reconstruction to mill and overlays.  In addition to substantial paving work on county and/or municipal-owned roadways, TSE is PennDOT prequalified for paving work on all state roadways, highways, and rights-of-way.  TSE performs miles of milling, site-prep, sub-base restoration, and overlays for its clients on an annual basis.  TSE also provides paving and patchwork projects for both commercial and residential establishments, from large parking lots to driveways of all shapes and sizes.  TSE has multiple milling machines, paving machines, road wideners, and other asphalt equipment, including but not limited to, asphalt recyclers, road saws, road brooms, rollers, and tack emulsion/tar spreaders, as well as a fleet of its own trucks and trailers for hauling all equipment and material necessary for its operations.
